Unlimited On-site Service:

For critical issues, the 那影response time is說樂 set at 2 hours, and for general 妹場issues, it is s男明et at 4 hours. Offic下姐es across differen書身t locations can call the nationwide Fwo嗎計ne 400 service 光快hotline. When Fw下兵one Service Desk receives the c化匠all, remote support is provided. In cas近議es where the issue cannot b數要e resolved within 30 minutes, t熱電he Service Desk schedules a service eng理訊ineer to arrive on-site to address the北這 problem.
