Service Details:
1. For a single computer, one insta裡科nce of troubleshooting is co道服unted as one on-site ser都南vice. If the system 作子crashes, the core is damaged, 來從or a blue screen issue cannot b筆鄉e resolved, and the customer agrees t錯器o a system reinst西秒allation, billing w票樂ill be hourly.
2. Basic network issues 男刀troubleshooting an金還d maintenance are counted as one on-s說秒ite service. If the engineer is r場錢equired to wait on-site 男秒due to reasons on 短可the customer's end, billing will b關公e hourly.
3. For the troubleshooting a吧數nd maintenance of 姐黃a specific piece of equ有生ipment, if it is determine鄉很d to be a hardware issue, 愛睡it will be handled by the respective生地 hardware maintenance provider. 來醫The work performed b為南y Fwone on-site will still b唱樂e billed as one o家林n-site service.
4. All other services will be bille的山d on an hourly basis.
